Jay-Z & Steve Stoute - Translation Advertising



The New York Times gave insight to the advertising company that will be started by ex Def Jam president Shawn "Jay-Z" Carter and record executive Steve Stoute. The pair feel that they can reach the African American demographic in a day and age where they are not being "spoken to" by big corporations.

Alright now I'm sure this new business venture is going to be extremely lucrative. The only question I have is how is Hov going to cater to a demographic that he is no longer a part of. I'm speaking of young African Americans. Is there some kind of focus group or something? Shit, I'll sign up.
