Lil' Wayne obviously is taking the "I'm a Martian" "...From another Planet..." mantra and running with it. Almost everything that he has been featured on or appeared in within the last several months has sported this theme, people definitely buy in to it. Just look at a lot of the up and coming rappers to the scene and you'll see what we mean...every beginning line is in that ilk it seems.
